iCapital is powering the world's alternative investment marketplace.

We are looking for a highly experienced Alternative Investments Lead to join our team in Asia Pacific. In this role, you will work closely with our wealth management clients and their advisors to promote adoption of alternative investments offerings across their wealth platforms.

As an Alternative Investments Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating alternative investment product sales leads by supporting and collaborating with a network of advisors at our wealth management clients.
  • Being an expert on the merits of alternative investments (private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds) and promoting adoption of alternative investments offerings across our client's wealth platform.
  • Providing feedback on market trends and client appetite to support product launches and marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with our wealth management clients' alternative investments team on new fund launches.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including advisors, relationship managers, investment consultants, product specialists and 3rd party asset managers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 15+ years of experience working within the alternative investment industry in a client facing capacity.
  • Thorough experience and track record in working with high-net worth individuals and their advisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process.
  • Strong team player and ability to effectively manage key stakeholders.

Preferring candidates with CFA and/or CAIA qualification. Good knowledge of applicable securities laws and regulations required. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
