Job Summary

The Guest Room Ambassador is a key member of our Housekeeping team at UOL Somerset Investments Pte. Ltd. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchens, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Restock guest rooms with linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities as required.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Assistant Housekeeper or Facilities Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeper or Facilities Manager.
Requirements
  • Secondary education or equivalent experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
