We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Project Manager to lead our team in Singapore and drive operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure seamless product transitions from development to production, meeting quality, cost, and capacity targets.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with customers to achieve mutual goals and internal targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to prepare for production ramp and product transitions, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Ramp Readiness: Drive readiness for production ramps and product transitions, ensuring timely execution and minimizing disruptions.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize the supply chain to mitigate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Leadership: Ability to distill complex issues into simple frameworks and develop concrete action plans, leveraging leadership skills to drive results.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing process knowledge and excellent leadership skills to drive operational success and growth.
