**Job Title:** Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving daily operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, evaluation, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Set, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent service quality and improve service levels through proactive issue resolution and preventive solutions.
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs to maintain financial discipline and prudence.
Requirements

To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations management or team leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or team leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyze data and create reports.
  • Japanese and English language proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior industry-specific knowledge or experience is beneficial but not essential.
