Senior Business Manager

Maximize sales performance and operational efficiency across multiple centers by leading a team of sales professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, foster a positive work environment, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve country-specific financial targets, track sales performance, and forecast monthly sales.
  • Align performance expectations for each outlet, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide operational support.
  • Lead regular meetings to communicate performance expectations, share best practices, and recognize top performers while motivating underperformers.
People Development:
  • Identify potential employees for promotion and career advancement.
  • Cultivate a work environment that aligns with company goals, objectives, and values.
Center Operations & Others:
  • Ensure center staff adhere to established stock management procedures through regular checks.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Pleasant disposition and strong customer service skills.
