Project Manager for Civil Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of civil engineering projects.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities to ensure they meet quality, time, and budget standards.
  • This involves working closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of the project effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the installation of M&E works, including concreting, pavement, drainage, compaction, curing of concrete, formwork, re-props, and removal of props, quality & erection of precast components, and steel works.
  • Provide ongoing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works as needed.
  • Inspect the quality of work and materials delivered to the site, taking corrective actions for any non-compliance, and reporting any materials that do not conform to specifications to the OIC.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in major construction works, deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, flexible/rigid aircraft pavement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments, and collating of monitoring data.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB.
  • Accredited as a RE with IES.
