About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering complex construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain high levels of safety awareness and adherence to site protocols.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
