Site Civil Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective construction plans, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in construction management. You should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop construction plans and oversee their implementation;
  • Monitor project progress and manage budgets and timelines;
  • Oversee daily activities of work teams and manage technical execution of specific projects;
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, site reports, and technical documentation;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized university;
  • 1-2 years' experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering (Construction);
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
