Business Partnering: Elevating Human Resources Functionality

  • Manages human resources-related matters and administrative tasks assigned by the Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administer and manage employee leave entitlements and records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee a wide range of Human Resource functions, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job postings to interview coordination and offer letters, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices.
  • Manage employee off-boarding processes, including resignations and terminations, and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
  • Supervise and evaluate employee performance, including appraisals and performance reviews, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Prepare and issue official company documents, such as appointment letters and memos, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Process monthly payroll and employee claims, calculating overtime and verifying attendance to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle statutory submissions, including CPF, Foreign Worker Levy, and IR21, in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaising with relevant authorities on foreign manpower matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personal files, adhering to data protection guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Strong Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And Excellent Communication Abilities. A Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
