As a strategic HR Business Partner in South Asia, you will play a vital role in driving organizational development and delivering effective HR support to the region.
This dynamic position requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management or prior HR experience in multinational companies.
Key responsibilities include program and budget support, data analysis, zone coordination, and maintaining accurate compensation and benefits databases.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills to engage all stakeholders at various levels.
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the HR community in the zone to implement organizational development strategies, ensuring compliance and positive workplace effectiveness.
To excel in this role, you must be highly motivated, hands-on, detail-conscious, assertive, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Program and Budget Support: Assist in implementation, monitor, and/or review.
- Prepare data for monthly budget review and bi-annual budget process.
- Consolidate HR related budget (e.g. recruitment, learning, engagement) on monthly basis.
- Consolidate and coordinate administration of annual compensation cycle.
- Consolidate compensation & benefits data and market information for market surveys and benchmarking initiatives.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources Management or Business and be highly resourceful with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
