Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Growth Director will be instrumental in driving revenue and expansion for our innovative PayTech venture. This highly skilled professional will oversee merchant acquisition, negotiate deals, and spearhead commercial strategies to ensure the success of our offerings.

Requirements
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to onboard new restaurant partners, leveraging a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet merchants' unique needs, challenges, and goals, while identifying opportunities for upselling value-added services.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and onboarding teams to facilitate smooth merchant activations and seamless onboarding processes.
  • Promote the merchant voice internally, surfacing product gaps, friction points, and emerging needs to drive improvements in both product and process.
  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking lead status, stage progression, and expected close dates.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts by proactively managing pipeline health and monitoring key metrics across stages.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or F&B/hospitality tech.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value across multiple stakeholders.
  • Solution-based selling expertise, proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs, and comfort in leveraging data to guide conversations and decisions.
