Commercial Strategy
- Developing and executing our commercial strategy, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer engagement to drive traffic and revenue.
- Implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow passenger traffic and footfall.
- Leveraging campaigns and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
- Driving commercial performance across all touchpoints.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing existing streams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with airlines, business partners, and stakeholders.
Team Management
- Leading and implementing team KPIs, goals, and objectives.
- Supervising, training, and guiding team members to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintaining effective control of Sales & Marketing budget and expenses.
Additional Responsibilities
- Representing the business at major industry events and conferences.
