We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to join our Private Markets Infrastructure and Integrated Strategies Group at GIC Private Limited. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement strategic business solutions and operational plans to drive sustainable top-quartile performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the private markets business and have experience in deal and investment operations, business management, project and process management, and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

You will work closely with teams across 11 GIC locations, as well as counterparties and service providers globally. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business operating models, partnering with GIC functional teams to drive operational excellence, collaborating with investment departments to leverage best practices, and overseeing and coordinating process, governance, control review, and audit activities. Additionally, you will appraise industry trends and changing regulatory landscapes to strengthen internal processes and governance, drive policy reviews and operationalizations, and address business needs while safeguarding investment groups' and GIC's interests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry and a good degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. Solid knowledge of the private markets business is favorable, as is experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities. A good team player with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills is also essential.
