Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on weekends.
