Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to acquire and manage high net worth and ultra high net worth clients in the Korea market.
  • Provide market insights and identify business opportunities to leverage Raffles Family Office's resources and deliver bespoke services to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, investment and support functions, business partners, and product/service teams to ensure the delivery of business strategy.
  • Understand clients and their associates' background and drive Know Your Customer due diligence to fulfill related compliance and internal requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, and/or asset management.
  • Track record in asset development, asset growth, and revenue generation.
  • Capable of developing and executing a reasonable business plan with growth vision.
  • Extensive market connections and thorough understanding of the market landscape, macro regulatory environment, and culture of the Korea market.
  • Strong client service and problem-solving mentality, able to swiftly identify and adapt to clients' changing needs.
  • Fluent in spoken English and highly advantageous if you are able to converse fluently in Korean.
