We are looking for a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction while working in a fun and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for providing first-class technical support to our clients and ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-call resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate to senior teams as needed.
- Furnish timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues.
- Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure.
- Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead of unusual call surges.
- Handle initial classification/prioritization of incidents and track progress of resolution.
Required Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS Outlook, as well as experience in mobile device support. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
