Tech Support Specialist

Job Description:
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to various project teams. Your primary responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and equipment issues, setting up servers, workstations, and systems, as well as providing administrative support to managers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide hardware and equipment support for various project teams.
2. Perform PC and/or equipment troubleshooting where required.
3. Participate in site deployments to provide assistance and support in setting up servers, workstations, and systems for project teams.
4. Provide administrative support to managers and project teams, including note-taking, coordinating meetings, sourcing, requesting quotations, tracking expenses, updating and maintaining documents, filing, and other project-related tasks.
5. Maintain and support internal application systems.
6. Coordinate duties and support between project teams, departments, and external vendors and customers.
7. Consolidate and compile relevant project information for reporting purposes.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
2. Higher Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
3. Proficiency in networking, system integration, and infrastructure projects is a plus.
4. Must be adaptable and comfortable with changing business requirements in a highly agile environment.
5. Good verbal and written communication ability is essential.
6. Positive learning attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team are required.
7. Meticulous, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Interview Process:
The interview process consists of two rounds. The first round is an online technical interview, lasting approximately 45 minutes. The second round is an in-person interview, lasting between 40-60 minutes. Salary will commensurate with experience and skills.
