Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical customer service and support to clients.
Your primary objective will be to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical support inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also contribute to testing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance customer service delivery.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and incident management tools and processes
