About the Role:
We are seeking a high-achieving Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the food and beverage sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and marketing efforts
- Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or sales management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise, particularly in the food and beverage sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
About You:
- A motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development
- Excellent negotiation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
