Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales performance and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
They will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales team, as well as providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.
In addition, the Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent sales skills and ability to close deals;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong leadership and motivational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good business acumen and knowledge of sales operations;
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will also need to have excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and the ability to motivate a team.
