About the Role

As a Facilities Management team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our residential communities are well-maintained and thriving. Your primary responsibility will be to manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and community satisfaction, fostering a seamless living experience for residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about residential real estate, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and is able to maintain high occupancy rates while creating positive tenant experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with at least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or related fields. They must also possess solid financial analytical skills, as well as negotiation and marketing expertise.

You will work closely with the Finance team on budgeting and reporting, managing residential rental income and arrears. Additionally, you will coordinate applications and liaise with relevant authorities on lease-related matters.

  • We are looking for a CEA Qualified professional with a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in lease negotiations and be skilled in engaging effectively with diverse groups of tenants and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will need to manage budgets and lease-related finances.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Market Research & Occupancy Strategy: Stay updated on residential trends and review tenant mix and occupancy strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate.
