Event Operations Specialist Role

This role plays a pivotal part in the successful execution of events at our Asia-based airhub.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in event operations and possess basic knowledge of audio-visual setup. Key responsibilities include handling setup and coordination of events, coordinating event schedules and supporting maintenance planning, keeping track of equipment and suggesting replacements when needed, supporting general office operations during off-peak periods, and troubleshooting technical issues to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee event setup and logistics
  • Develop and manage event schedules and plans for seamless execution
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and recommend replacements as necessary
  • Provide administrative support during non-event periods
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in event operations with a focus on logistics and coordination
  • Familiarity with audio-visual setup and operation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
