Job Title: Lead Designer (Civil and Structural)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed design and construction drawings for Civil and Structural works. You will work closely with engineers to produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with their requirements. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality designs that meet clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of engineering drawings.
  • Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for Civil and Structural works.
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers' requirements.
  • Work independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and other software.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
