Serves as a Design Lead on a project, leading functional design sessions to understand client requirements.
- Identifies opportunities for business process improvements.
- Oversee systems testing to support the Solutions Designs process.
- Responsible for ongoing design maintenance. Does analysis on all problems encountered during design.
- Has expertise with operational practices of at least one product area (e.g. warehousing, transportation planning).
- Ensures work is completed within specified deadlines and according to priorities set by clients.
- Primarily responsible for developing a functional design that satisfies client requirements and is the primary point of contact for the client during the design phase and leads internal design reviews. Activities include mentoring and guiding to ensure quality work and deadlines are met.
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of design frameworks, patterns, and tools through modifying existing designs or creating new ones. Ability to identify solution needs/gaps by utilizing all resources available including R&D and Product Management. Must be able to recommend future base enhancements based on client needs.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
- 4 years of post-bachelor’s experience in PSO or comparable experience performing functional tasks with supply chain software
- 2 years client-facing experience
