**Job Brief**

We are looking for a Design Lead to manage and lead the design team. The design team supports the centralised marketing team in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for our projects over multiple online and offline communication platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead design interaction and collaborate with colleagues of the desired plans.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and are on schedule.
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare different variations and drafts and pitch ideas internally for approval.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio of illustrations, creatives and graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage a team.
- Able to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**Bonus Points**
- Able to do illustrations for original designs.
- Able to do work with other mediums aside from graphics (e.g. animation, video editing, etc.).
