Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to promote our global solutions to enterprise and SME clients in the Singapore market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust sales pipelines, enhancing customer onboarding and partner enablement programs, and cultivating a strong local ecosystem within the region, industry, and partner networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual revenue targets and execute sales strategies to promote our data warehouse products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and SME clients to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate a strong local ecosystem through internal cross-training, knowledge sharing, and promoting a collaborative team spirit.
  • Collaborate with supporting and functional teams to contribute to the enhancement of products, solutions, and operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer science-related field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with strong abilities in presentation, public speaking, and written communication.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in databases, big data platforms, big data applications, business intelligence (BI), or related software.
  • Highly passionate about business development, eager to tackle challenges, results-oriented, and possessing a self-driven entrepreneurial mindset.
