As a Development Partner, you will be responsible for shaping new products from strategy to launch, working closely with clients, partners, and policymakers to create solutions that directly address market gaps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining problem statements and assessing market opportunities
- Generating ideas, modeling feasibility, and iterating with users to refine product concepts
- Planning and launching products, including stakeholder buy-in and approvals
- Managing and optimizing portfolios to ensure strong product-market fit
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in product development, enterprise banking, or credit agencies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative and resourceful mindset with comfort working in ambiguity and new ideas
