Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Management Office (PMO) specialist to support the successful execution of projects.
About This Role:
- This position requires strong background in project management, analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Define clear roles and responsibilities for project stakeholders, including project sponsors, managers, and team members.
- Project Planning: Develop project charters that define objectives, scope, and key stakeholders. Create well-defined plans, timelines, and milestones for projects.
- Risk Management: Establish processes for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Outline communication plans for project information dissemination to stakeholders. Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and risks.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources appropriately to support project objectives.
- Project Closure: Define project closure criteria and document lessons learned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in PMO with hands-on experience in project governance, planning, risk management, reporting, resource management, financial management, and continuous improvement.
- End-to-end support for large-scaled project implementation.
- Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills for managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
