Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic program manager to lead the development and execution of our maintenance automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, managing cross-functional projects, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D programs focused on maintenance automation, from ideation to deployment.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, opportunities and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, operations, IT, innovation) and external partners (vendors, research institutions, technology providers, government bodies).
- Facilitate regular updates, workshops, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Translate technical developments into measured business value for executive stakeholders.
Product Development & Innovation
- Lead the design, prototyping, development, testing, and validation of new automation technologies and tools.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Technical & Strategic Leadership
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in predictive maintenance, AI/ML, IoT, and robotics.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Contribute to the company's innovation strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Skills: Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
