**R&D Project Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)**:
As a R&D Project Coordinator in the R&D field of township and living/working space, you lead in delivering state-of-the-art technologies relevant to well-beingand sustainability of tomorrow and to provide a profound impact on people’s lives around the world.

Innovating and revolutionize ideas in multiples areas such as everyday life and to explore technology advancement with township and houses, to achieve world-top environment technologies in a short time. You will have the opportunity to gain industry experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Lead project planning activities through estimation, identification of integration points, technical risks & mitigation, POC, POV, quality management.

2) Make analysis and benchmarking of the technology / product / solution, including the competitive environment.

3) Define, prepare, implement requirement and technical specification for IoT HW/SW planning, testing, and commercialization.

4) Propose and lead the technology / solution creation that contributes to project funding worth.

5) Regular technical coordination, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

6) Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers & participate in user research and testing activities.

7) Make proposal material & conduct relevant activity on system / architecture through discussion with Japanese partners and clients.

8) Design business concepts and strategy.

9) Translating / Interpreting.

10) Attend exhibitions and conferences.

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma or above in Business or STEM disciplines or equivalent professional experience.

2) Fluent in Japanese and English language. Able to communicate in both languages in business context.

3) Possess management mindset, supporting and implementing company objectives. Able to nurture & raise up capable subordinates.

4) Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization including external collaborators and stakeholders.

5) Experience with customer hearing & proposal making relating to system / architecture that conforms to customers’ business / requirements is an advantage.

6) Having wide knowledge for AI and data science technology is an advantage.

7) Professional experiences with project management tool such as Jira and Redmine is an advantage.

8) Good knowledge in cloud integration, API development, UI/UX is an advantage.

9) Experience leading, supporting, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is an advantage.
