Project Delivery Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Lead to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Managing Government Co-Development Projects: The successful candidate will manage government co-development projects using a squad-based model, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Developing Detailed Plans: They will develop detailed plans for infrastructure setup and user testing to guarantee project success.
  • Addressing Conflicts and Issues: The Project Delivery Lead will address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during project implementation.
  • Conducting Agile Ceremonies: They will conduct agile ceremonies to plan and prioritize use cases for implementation, including demos and sprint reviews.
  • Maintaining Team Progress: The candidate will monitor team progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Planning User Acceptance Testing: They will plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
