System Engineering Specialist

This is a role that involves planning, organization and execution of complex projects. As a system engineering specialist you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

The primary objective of this position is to assist in project planning, organizing and tracking to guarantee successful project outcomes. Your skills and experience will be utilized to facilitate communication between various teams including engineering, R&D, sales and manufacturing.

  • APAC Engineering Coordination & Support:
    • Assist in drawing project schedules and workshop drawings and prepare as-built drawings and operation manuals.
    • Prepare quotations and forward them to the sales team for approval.
    • Design refrigeration systems for enquiries and tenders received from the sales team.
    • Facilitate communication between engineering, R&D, sales, and manufacturing teams to align technical requirements.
  • Technical Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update system specifications, test reports, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Submit progress billings with documentation and arrange for shipment for overseas projects.
  • Process Optimization & Standardization:
    • Identify and implement improvements in engineering workflows and documentation processes to increase efficiency.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company engineering policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in system engineering coordination, project support, or related technical roles.
  • Strong background in engineering processes, documentation, and project management.
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or a related field).
