Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead technical discussions with clients concerning their current cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives.
- Serve as a technical advisor for both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and potential clients, on matters related to energy efficiency.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and pinpoint areas that can be improved.
- Create high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
- Sustain and engage with external engineering partners on specific projects.
- Cultivate relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region.
- Manage project responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.
- Assist in team development by mentoring and training junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Solid expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
- Excellent commercial and business insights.
- Capability to travel regionally as needed.
