About the Job

We are seeking an Operations & Administration Executive to join our team. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned departments or functional areas, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of routine tasks and service operations.
  • Monitor operational data, flag inconsistencies or key changes for action, and contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • B/build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as a key point of contact for operational queries, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized degree in any discipline.
  • No prior experience required; structured training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse teams.
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
