Career Role:

The Corporate Governance team operates as part of the broader Legal, Compliance & Corporate Secretariat (LCC) unit, which oversees the governance of our global operations.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support research and content development for the Annual Report, contributing to stakeholder engagement and content coordination.
  • Plan and execute key corporate events such as AGMs and EGMs, gaining exposure to high-level corporate governance processes.
  • Handle corporate documents accurately and securely, developing documentation and tracking systems for operational processes.

  • Basic understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Strong logical approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills.
  • High energy, willingness and capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
