Health Promotion Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of health promotion strategies and initiatives that benefit populations in Northern and Central Singapore, as well as Workplace Health Promotion.
The incumbent will oversee the coordination of services and work processes aimed at optimizing population health. This includes curating relevant patient education materials, delivering health talks, workshops, and events, and supporting the development of Health Promotion Corners and initiatives targeting patients, staff, and the public.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and overseeing health promotion and disease prevention services/work processes aiming to optimize population health.
- Cataloguing relevant patient education materials, leveraging expertise from professionals within Polyclinics and external stakeholders.
- Delivering selected health talks, workshops, and events in a professional manner.
- Supporting the development, general administration, and delivery of Health Promotion Corners and initiatives targeting patients, staff, and the public.
The role also involves general administration, marketing/publicity activities, customer feedback evaluation, and improvement, as well as contributing to strategic development and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum degree in any field with 2-3 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of health promotion principles and practices is essential for success in this position.
