We're looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, GCG ULTIMA Lifestyle Relationship Manager based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Management
  • Review customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to validate understanding of needs
  • Advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs

Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning. Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding. Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.

Compliance, Risk & Controls:

  • Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to
  • Fulfill clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics
