We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our healthcare team as a Clinic Associate. As a key member of our clinic operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experience and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Respond to phone calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Manage patient flow and handle multiple tasks with ease and flexibility.
- Check in and out patients using cloud-based software and technology.
- Follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction.
- Assist doctors in daily clinic operations and activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment that promotes patient comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Proficiency in computer applications and technology.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position.
