Job Title: Visitor Experience Coordinator

The role of Visitor Experience Coordinator involves coordinating and managing official visits and events at a heritage gallery in Singapore.

This position requires the ability to handle visitor queries, registration, and clearance effectively.

A key aspect of this job is conducting guided tours and educational programmes for schools, organisations, and overseas visitors, which demands strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Visitor Experience Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting event logistics such as venue setup, hospitality, and materials preparation.

Additionally, they will maintain visitor records, monthly reports, and feedback, ensuring accurate and engaging displays.

This role also involves assisting in gallery curation, artefact handling, and research to ensure the highest standards are met.

Requirements
  • Diploma holder with at least 5 O-level passes (including English)
  • At least 2 years' experience in public speaking, hosting, or briefing large groups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Prior experience in heritage, education, or uniformed services is an advantage
