Job Description:

As a Senior Product Line Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven networking solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of AI-driven platform offerings, expanding capabilities to meet dynamic market demands.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing product roadmaps, driving AI and platform expansion, implementing go-to-market strategies, and spearheading cross-functional collaboration.

Additional responsibilities include enhancing platform observability, deriving actionable insights from product analytics tools, and supporting sales, marketing, and evangelism of AI-driven networking solutions.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute strategic roadmap for AI-driven platforms and associated features, expanding capabilities to meet dynamic market demands.
  • AI & Platform Expansion: Drive growth and adoption of AI services, transforming offerings from networking insights to comprehensive full-stack solutions.
  • Adoption & Revenue Growth: Implement successful go-to-market strategies to increase product adoption, achieving high attach rates and significant recurring revenue gains.
  • AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead integration of generative AI solutions to simplify usability, including conversational AI applications for troubleshooting and beyond.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to deliver customer-focused innovations and support global initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 12+ years in Product Management, Technical Leadership in SaaS and Enterprise Networking domains. At least 3 years of experience in AI in Enterprise Networking.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of one or more AI-driven networking platforms.
  • Patents & Innovation: Proven innovator, with experience in product ideation.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.
