Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Innovation Officer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, this role will play a vital part in shaping the future of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Infrastructure Management:
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support the implementation of security protocols, backups, and recovery plans to protect our data and systems.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required to minimize downtime.
Application Support:
  • Support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Office 365) to ensure smooth operation and integration.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and integration projects to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for support and procurement to get the best value for our organization.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac environments, Active Directory, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365).
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
