Job Title: Chief Innovation Technology Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our innovation technology efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D product design, technology development, and commercialization.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive technology development, lead cross-functional teams, and execute on clinical innovators' vision.

  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps for strategic areas of innovation in women's and pediatric health.
  • Lead the development of medical devices from concept to minimal viable product stage.
  • Collaborate with regulatory partners to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Support technology portfolio work, including assessments and curation for best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive global and local commercialization efforts in women's and pediatric health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
  • At least 8 years of R&D product design experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare-technology companies.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in medical device development, digital health development, intellectual property, and global medical device standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work across matrix structures.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
