Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Business Development Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with key stakeholders to expand our B2B book channel and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, revenue, and competitiveness across various channels, including retail, education centers, and distributors within the region.
- Conduct thorough sell-through analyses for store promotions and events, analyzing data to inform sales strategies and optimize product placement.
- Identify opportunities for engagement with local schools and government agencies, fostering relationships and promoting products.
- Facilitate routine Business Review sessions with key customers to assess sales performance, negotiate terms, propose promotional initiatives, and secure shelf space.
- Conduct weekly sales and marketing meetings to disseminate updates on sales, market trends, product information, promotions, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Exercise comprehensive oversight of all marketing activities, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, analyzing pricing strategies and collecting market feedback to enhance product competitiveness.
- Explore new business ventures and collaborations throughout Asia to boost revenue and expand market share, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
- Implement and enforce credit and returns policies to optimize receivables and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications, utilizing tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Exhibit meticulousness, responsibility, and maturity, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with colleagues and clients.
- Possess a results-oriented and service-driven mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
