Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition, market penetration, and commercial management. The ideal candidate will have strong business development capabilities, with the ability to engage global and regional customers, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver results in targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Medical, Industrial, and Aerospace markets.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies, business plans, and action plans.
  • Serve as the global contact for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment across sites.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry forums, and customer-facing events to increase visibility.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision makers at customer organizations.
  • Coordinate cross-site and cross-functional workstreams to ensure smooth commercial execution.
Sales & Commercial Responsibility:
  • Take overall commercial responsibility (revenue and profitability) for acquired customers.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer acquisition and sales performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and threats that could impact results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within EMS, CDMO, Plastics, or PCBAs, focused on the Medical, Industrial, or Aerospace segments.
  • Experience working with global and regional clientele.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, pipeline management, and winning new business.
