Customer Success Officer

At Y3 TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues and be the single point of contact for all enquiries related to troubleshooting procedures, expected resolution times, and updates on progress made.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring that the problem is communicated to the right teams and that they take appropriate action to resolve it.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers, following up with them to ensure that the solution actually worked and taking note of their suggestions on how to improve their experience.
  • Knowledge Documentation: Document knowledge in the form of solution articles, ensuring that the same problems don't occur in the future.
  • Software Configuration: Master the configuration of our helpdesk software (Freshdesk), using it to resolve customer problems in a more streamlined manner.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Willing and able to learn new skills and technologies, competent IT user skills, and knowledge in supply chain/logistics solutions and processes.
  • Soft Skills: Team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, proactive approach to customer support, attention to detail, and ability to honor deadlines.
