Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Portfolio Brands people team. This role will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and driving business growth through the effective recruitment and retention of skilled talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and set development goals for team members.
    • Coach team members to improve recruitment KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in local markets to attract and retain top talent.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance business growth through effective recruitment and retention practices.
  • Manage Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for various office roles.
    • Guide hiring managers in recruitment best practices and secure their commitment to the process.
  • Set and Monitor Recruitment Budgets
    • Set and monitor recruitment budgets for each area to ensure effective use of resources.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in recruitment or HR roles within head office environments.Ability to work with multiple markets and stakeholders with diverse needs.Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.Excellent English language skills.Experience in one of the Portfolio Brands is advantageous.
