Job Title: Key Personnel Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Key Personnel Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both human resources and procurement, with strong negotiation and budget management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
    • Prepare monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, and statutory deductions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Purchasing:
    • Prepare purchase orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders.
    • Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate goods delivery and manage payment collections.
    • Participate in negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, contracts, and terms.
  • Combined Responsibilities:
    • Effectively communicate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain accurate records for both HR and purchasing activities.
    • Ensure compliance with both HR and procurement policies.
    • Manage budgets related to both HR and procurement activities.

Requirements:
  • Negotiation skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of tax, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, payroll, procurement, compliance, HR policies, pricing, sourcing, and shipping
