Job Description

A technical lead role that drives digital transformation projects by leveraging Salesforce and CloudSense CPQ technologies.

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery for all Salesforce and CloudSense features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Establish and uphold DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.

This includes designing and implementing CloudSense CPQ solutions involving product configuration, order flows, and advanced order management for telecom use cases.

The successful candidate will align CRM and Order Management solutions with strategic business goals in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of CloudSense CPQ, including product modeling and pricing logic.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, along with custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).

Familiarity with DevOps processes on Salesforce platforms, including CI/CD, version control, and test automation is also required.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations with APIs, middleware, and legacy systems.
  • Experience working in microservices-based environments.

The ideal candidate should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced setting.
