Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

About the Role:

The Digital Transformation Strategist will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the effective implementation of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for digitalization and develop short- and long-term strategies in coordination with senior management.
  • Analyze Requirements: Conduct feasibility studies to determine business value and analyze requirements for digital system implementations.
  • Project Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure efficient operations and maintenance of systems, including daily monitoring, user access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Tech Stays Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and identify potential improvements to existing processes.
  • User Training: Provide training to different user groups to enhance their skills and adaptability.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management.
