Role Overview

Accelerate your career in digital transformation and drive business growth as a key strategist.

As a Go-To-Market Strategy Lead, you will be part of a high-performing team that develops organization-wide strategies, fosters collaboration, and identifies opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with executives to develop and execute initiatives that drive business forward and establish operational processes that enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish operational processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive business forward by developing and executing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Cloud or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) businesses.
  • Experience supporting customer engineering, solution engineering, or pre-sales technical teams for strategy and planning activities.
  • Ability to translate data into business insights along with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment along with time-management and prioritization skills.
